What we collect

• Contact & booking details — name, email, company, and what you tell us in the booking and intake forms.
• What you share on calls — how your business runs: workflows, tools, team structure, and the numbers you choose to share. This is the raw material of the audit; we treat it as confidential.
• Call recordings & transcripts— audit calls are recorded and transcribed by an AI notetaker so we can analyze them properly. Recording is announced at the start of every call, and you can decline — we'll take written notes instead.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
• Website basics — standard hosting logs and anonymous aggregate analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies. The only thing the site stores in your browser is a cosmetic theme preference.

How we use it

• To deliver the audit: analyzing your call transcript and preparing your report.
• AI processing: transcripts and notes are analyzed with AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude) under commercial terms that do not permit your data to be used for model training.
• To schedule calls, send deliverables, and provide the support included with your purchase.
• To improve our audit methodology — in anonymized, aggregated form only.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the processors below. We will never use the contents of your audit in marketing without your explicit written permission.

Retention

Client records (reports, transcripts, correspondence) are kept while you're a client and for up to 24 months after, in case you come back — then deleted. You can shorten that at any time by asking.

Your rights

Ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you — including call recordings and transcripts — and we'll do it within 30 days. Where laws like the GDPR or CCPA apply to you, you have those rights as a floor, not a ceiling.

Scope & changes

Our services are for businesses, not children, and this site is not directed at anyone under 16. When this policy changes, the date above changes with it; material changes get an email to active clients.
